To reach out Customer Support team to report an issue with your scooter or account - (i.e billing concern, repair request, app issue (like a bug!), or just simply want to get some assistance from our team, please do the following:
- To report an issue through the app, simply click on the exclamation point marker located to the bottom left of the Spin app home page.
- To report an issue via email, please send us one at email@example.com
- In the event of an accident/injury please contact us via phone number at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible. Rest assured, your satisfaction and smooth ride with our app is our top priority! We appreciate your patience as we attend to every rider on our platform!
For issues with your trip not ending, please note that we will refund any possible overcharges related to an "end trip" app issue once we verify that there indeed was an issue with your trip on our backend. If you do experience this and have trouble receiving immediate assistance, please take a screenshot of the app and park your scooter in a safe place. Once we reach your inquiry, we'll take the necessary action to make things right for you!
